Dylan Slaney is the driving force behind the continuing success of Light & Wonder’s (L&W) iGaming arm. Overseeing the expansion of the OpenGaming aggregation platform, Dylan has completely reshaped L&W’s in-house game creation capabilities. He has also identified and completed a series of shrewd acquisitions, notably Lightning Box, Authentic Gaming, ELK Studios and Playzido, to increase the company’s iGaming content capabilities in markets worldwide.

Lightning Box and ELK Studios have both delivered strong revenue growth in the past twelve months, while the acquisition of Authentic Gaming gave L&W a premium live casino solution for the first time. The OGS aggregation platform has also improved significantly, with new content added from the likes of Evolution, NetEnt and Playtech. This progression would not have been possible without Dylan’s industry knowledge and leadership skills. His efforts helped to bring about a record-breaking performance in 2022, and both he and L&W are only just getting started.
