Karen Sierra-Hughes is one of the most influential women in the gaming industry in Latin America. She has been involved with GLI for more than 18 years and was appointed Vice President of the company in August 2020. Since then, she has promoted the public profile of the laboratory in all emerging LatAm markets.

She has contributed to the development of new gaming jurisdictions throughout Latin America and the Caribbean, leveraging her master’s degree in law to assist government agencies in the development of laws, decrees and regulations relating to gaming.
