Lena Nordin’s role in reinvigorating Betsson’s culture cannot be understated. She has helped turn the business around from one that people were trying to leave to one that people are desperate to join.
During 2020 that culture has been tested like never before. With most of the company’s employees working from home, Nordin has shifted her focus online. She has sent out e-learnings on working and managing remotely; kept employees informed about developments regarding the Covid situation, sometimes sending bulletins seven days a week; and she has moved employee social activities online.
Nordin is a key member of the management team and nothing the company has achieved during the past two years could have been accomplished without her.
