Michael Bauer serves both as a Chief Financial Officer and as Chief Gaming Officer of Greentube, but effectively serves as CEO of Novomatic’s iGaming subsidiary. He has served as CFO of Greentube since 2015 and has driven continuous margin improvements since then and played a key role in the supplier’s recent string of acquisitions.

He took over Greentube’s games business in 2017 and has since completely transformed it into one of the leading suppliers of the industry. There is basically no regulated market left where Greentube’s games are not available, including the United States and most recently Ontario, Canada. Greentube is now a force to be reckoned within iGaming and Michael is the driving force behind its rise.
