With over a decade of iLottery and digital engagement experience, Shannon DeHaven is considered a trailblazer and thought leader in the lottery industry. She provides leadership to Pollard Banknote’s digital engagement team and oversees the range of digital products, driven by her passion and experience with one-to-one player engagement.

Shannon draws on her considerable experience with the Michigan Lottery, which under her leadership became the first US state lottery to prove the success of the iLottery channel. She helped to set the industry standard by which iLottery success is measured in North America, earning herself a Hot 50 appearance in that role.

Since joining Pollard Banknote in April 2021, Shannon has worked with the company’s lottery clients to successfully launch and operate best-in-class digital programs and solutions that maximize the value of the digital sphere. She takes the time to build and foster relationships with lottery clients to understand their unique digital engagement needs and requirements, including their regulatory and competitive gaming environment.
